One of the veterans in Yoruba movie industry, Gbolagade Akinpelu also known as Ogun Majek has dispelled the ongoing rumour about his death on social media.
In a video cited by our correspondent, he was speaking alongside another veteran actor, Babajide Olatunji aka
Sokoti Alagbede orun .
Akinpelu said: ” I am not dead, although I am sick and have been receiving treatment “
He however thanked all Nigerians who had donated in one way or the other to assist him.
It will be recalled that since yesterday, Akinpelu’s death rumors have spread like wildfire all over the social media.
